This notice explains how the Red Road Jiu-Jitsu website handles information when you browse, request a trial, enroll, sign a waiver, or use a member account.
Information you provide
Our forms may collect contact details, member and participant information, account information, and waiver details and signatures. We use this information to respond to requests, manage enrollment and membership, maintain waiver records, and support attendance and school operations. Please provide information only for yourself or people you are authorized to represent.
Accounts and website services
We use Google Firebase for authentication and storage of submitted records. Account and security functions use browser storage needed to provide those services; declining optional analytics does not disable sign-in or forms. Authorized school staff can access records needed for their roles. Website hosting and service providers also process technical information to deliver and protect their services.
Optional analytics and session recordings
If you select Accept in our cookie notice, we load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on public marketing pages. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and clicks, including interest in trials and enrollment. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings of interactions such as clicks and scrolling. These services can process browser and device information, page activity, network information, and cookie identifiers.
These trackers are not installed on the staff dashboard, member account, enrollment, waiver, check-in, or kiosk pages. Our custom click events do not include form values. Advertising storage consent is denied in this site's tracking configuration.

Your cookie choices
Accept and Decline are optional choices. Until you accept, neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity is loaded by this site. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable or cleared, we may ask again. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time.
Declining after accepting stops future tracking from this site and reloads a page where trackers were running. We also remove accessible Google Analytics and Clarity cookies for this site. This does not erase information already received by those providers or cookies on other domains; browser settings offer additional cookie controls.
Other sites and embedded content
Links and embedded services, including Google Maps, have their own privacy practices and may receive technical information when loaded or opened. The optional analytics choice controls Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, not every third-party service on the website.
Records and privacy requests
Membership and waiver records are managed separately from optional analytics. To ask about access, corrections, deletion, or how long school records are kept, contact Red Road Jiu-Jitsu at 41 Almond Dr, Lone Grove, Oklahoma 73401. Some records may need to be retained for school operations or applicable legal obligations.
Children and families
Parents or guardians should handle information and waiver submissions for children. Please contact the school about any child information that needs correction or removal.
