For Wynnewood-area students searching for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Southern Oklahoma, Red Road offers a dedicated school in Lone Grove with traditional Gi training plus No-Gi nights during the week.
Red Road Jiu Jitsu is located at 41 Almond Dr, Lone Grove, Oklahoma 73401. Classes run Monday–Friday: kids 6:00–7:00 PM and adults 7:00–8:00 PM. No-Gi training is offered Tuesday and Friday nights.
All levels are welcome. If you are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you do not need previous grappling or martial arts experience to start.
