Red Road is a Southern Oklahoma BJJ school for adults and families who want organized training, clear pricing and a local-school atmosphere rather than a large franchise environment.
Red Road Jiu Jitsu is located at 41 Almond Dr, Lone Grove, Oklahoma 73401. Classes run Monday–Friday: kids 6:00–7:00 PM and adults 7:00–8:00 PM. No-Gi training is offered Tuesday and Friday nights.
All levels are welcome. If you are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you do not need previous grappling or martial arts experience to start.
