Red Road welcomes students from Pauls Valley and nearby communities who want a Southern Oklahoma BJJ school with structured coaching, beginner access and separate kids and adult class times.
Red Road Jiu Jitsu is located at 41 Almond Dr, Lone Grove, Oklahoma 73401. Classes run Monday–Friday: kids 6:00–7:00 PM and adults 7:00–8:00 PM. No-Gi training is offered Tuesday and Friday nights.
All levels are welcome. If you are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you do not need previous grappling or martial arts experience to start.
