Red Road Jiu Jitsu is based just west of Ardmore in Lone Grove. For Ardmore-area students who want structured Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a smaller, family-oriented school, the drive is simple and the schedule is straightforward.
Red Road Jiu Jitsu is located at 41 Almond Dr, Lone Grove, Oklahoma 73401. Classes run Monday–Friday: kids 6:00–7:00 PM and adults 7:00–8:00 PM. No-Gi training is offered Tuesday and Friday nights.
All levels are welcome. If you are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you do not need previous grappling or martial arts experience to start.
